Random Ridge

Mountain viticulture is indeed a different experience, and I can’t begrudge that these are the most expensive grapes I’ve ever purchased. Yields are small, water is scarce, and the wines are intense, so they often require some patience on behalf of the winery and the consumer. Random Ridge is no exception, and this wine to me represents the region perfectly. I received fruit from 3 different vineyard blocks, and I think it should be enjoyed with bigger meals. Ready now but can be cellared for another 10-15 years.
